Norain Klerk Photography (NKP) is dedicated to capturing varieties of Lifestyle and Corporate photo sessions.

NKP is specializes in Portraiture photo shoot for the following:

1. Lifestyles such as Maternity, Newborn, Fresh 48, Pre and Post Birthday session, Toddlers, Milk/Fruit Bath, Cake Smash, Couple, Family, Pets and others.
   
   
2. Corporate photo sessions such as headshots, food/product photography, glamour sessions, modeling portfolios, constructions/projects´ sites, personal branding, company events & exhibitions and others.

NKP is also offering videography such as music videos, short films and video advertisements.

NKP also takes wonderful pictures of your favorite car/bike/motorcycle/house.

Preferably outdoor. Or at your home. Or any of your chosen location. We then take photos with available light. The lighting, the backgrounds and the atmosphere are simply more individual. NKP bring professional equipment and various backgrounds and props.

After you have sent us an online request, we will arrange an appointment with you and clarify in advance what kind of photos you would like and where we can best take them.

During the shoot we take many different pictures. Also at different locations depending on the agreement.

Of course, it is important that you feel comfortable in your outfit. In general, more muted colors are better; you should agree on a few tones, especially for group photos. If you are unsure what the right outfit is for your shoot, simply bring a few things with you to the briefing/arrangement appointment and we will then think together about what would go well with the photos.

After your inquiry, you will receive a price list and a detailed offer, which will adapt together to your needs and budget during the briefing.

You will receive the photo files you selected that were included in the offer. In principle, it is possible to get all of your photos as files. And of course at a fair price.

The processing time is 7 to 14 working days, depending on the number and complexity.

During preliminary appointment, we will determine together how and when you will receive the photos. As a file or print-outs or, if desired, in a photo album.

After you sign the contract for the photoshoot, we will send you an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer.

Yes, in order to guarantee the booking and block the date on our schedule, we ask you for a deposit of 25% of the total amount upon signing the contract. The deposit will be credited to you in the final invoice. There will be no refund if you do not honor the booking.

You can cancel and/or reschedule the booking appointment no later than 5 days before the recorded appointment. After that, no changes will be accepted and the deposit can no longer be reclaimed.

NorainKlerk-Fotografie (NKP) retains all copyrights to all photographs. You as a customer are granted user rights for the photos delivered. Use of recordings / photos for advertising purposes (commercial) requires mutual written consent.

The recordings are stored for a period of ninety (90) days and can be reordered at any time during this time for a fee.

Yes, you have the option to purchase additional prints or digital images beyond the package inclusion. We provide details on pricing and options during the post-session review. For any other inquiries or specific concerns, feel free to contact us directly.

Our family portrait sessions generally accommodate up to 5 to 6 family members. For larger groups, there may be an additional fee per extra person. Check your chosen package details or contact us for more information.

Clients may be required to sign a model release, allowing NKP to use images for promotional purposes. This will be discussed and agreed upon or before the session.
